Real Estate Media Bookings
By booking a shoot with Apex Innovations Media, you agree to the following terms:
Same-Day Cancellations & Rescheduling
A $65 fee applies to any cancellation or rescheduling made on the same day as the scheduled appointment.
On-Site Photo Review
During the shoot, our photographers will show all raw photos to whoever is present (agent, homeowner, or both) to confirm satisfaction and ensure we capture the property as desired.
Specific Requests & Absent Parties
- If no one is present to review the shots and specific requests were not listed in the order details, a $65 reshoot fee will apply for up to 3 photos.
- Reshoots requiring more than 3 photos will be billed at the full shoot rate.
Our Responsibility
Any mistakes or oversights on our part will be corrected at no additional cost.
Delays Outside Our Control
Delays or rescheduling caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., property access issues, unfinished work by contractors, etc.) that lead to excessive delays or require a return visit will incur the $65 rescheduling fee.
Weather Delays
We do not charge clients for weather-related delays. Here's how we handle them:
- Cloudy days – All skies in photos are replaced in Photoshop with blue skies.
- Rain during shoot – Most shoots take over an hour, and in Florida it rarely rains the whole time.
- If it's raining upon arrival, we'll start indoors and move outside if it stops.
- If it looks like rain when we arrive, we'll start with exterior shots first.
- Drone footage – We cannot fly drones in the rain. If rain stops mid-shoot, we'll capture drone shots along with other exteriors. If we aren't able to capture drone during the shoot the agent has the option to remove them from the order or have us come back out for no additional fee.
- Full exterior reshoots – If we're unable to get any exterior shots due to weather, or if the client is unhappy with weather-affected exteriors, we'll return at no cost to capture/re-capture the outside only.
- This makes rescheduling easier since no access to the inside of the property is required.
Community & Amenity Photos
Standard amenity photos include direct neighborhood amenities only such as:
- Clubhouse
- Pool(s)
- Neighborhood entrance/signage
- Sports courts (basketball, volleyball, tennis, etc.)
- Neighborhood parks or playgrounds
- Community & amenity photos are non-exclusive by default and may be resold or licensed to other agents from our photo bank.
- If you wish for community photos to be exclusive to you, please contact us prior to the shoot. An exclusive licensing fee will apply.
Usage & Licensing
- By purchasing our services, you are purchasing a license to use the delivered media for the marketing and sale of the specific property for which it was commissioned.
- All media remains the intellectual property of Apex Innovations Media. We may use it for our own marketing, portfolio, or other purposes without restriction.
- Media may not be sold, transferred, or given to another agent, brokerage, or third party for reuse including in cases where the listing expires or is relisted by a different agent in the future.
Apex Advantage Plan Terms
Plan Structure
The Apex Advantage Plan offers subscription-based real estate media services with four tiers: Starter, Pro, Team, and Killers. All plans operate on 4-week billing cycles and provide credits for use toward our real estate media services.
Minimum Commitment
All Apex Advantage Plans require a minimum 3-month (3 billing cycle) commitment. Cancellation before the completion of the minimum term will result in an early cancellation fee equal to the total discount received during your subscription period.
Credit System
- Credits are provided at the start of each 4-week billing cycle
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred
- Unused credits will roll over for up to 2 billing cycles before expiring
- Credit values and bonus structures are subject to change with 30-day notice
Auto-Renewal and Billing
- Plans automatically renew every 4 weeks unless cancelled with proper notice
- All plans are billed in advance with automatic payment processing
- Failed payments may result in service suspension and credit forfeiture
Plan Changes
- Upgrades: Free upgrades to higher-tier plans are available at any time
- Downgrades: Downgrades before the completion of the 3-month minimum commitment will incur a fee equal to the discount amount that would be clawed back
Cancellation Policy
- Plans may be cancelled anytime after the minimum 3-month commitment with 30-day written notice
- Early cancellation (before 3-month minimum) incurs a clawback fee equal to all discounts received
- Upon cancellation, all unused credits are forfeited immediately
Bulk Purchase Incentive
Customers may purchase multiple billing cycles in advance. A "Buy 5 Get 1 Free" offer may be available, providing one additional billing cycle at no charge when purchasing 5 consecutive cycles upfront.
